"Amelia Stillson.  That was her name, Amelia Stillson," said Two.
               " You sure," asked Seven lazily.
               " It's on the paper," said Twelve, "can't you read?"
               Dawn had finally broken and was beginning to cast it's golden haze over Nemo's Coffin.  Three people stood over the soon to be lively town.  Their names were a secret even to themselves.  They were forever unknown.
               "What makes this girl so special," asked Seven, she doesn't seem very powerful."
               "We'll just have to wait and see," said Two walking towards town.


              Noon.  K.C. had never liked midday.  It always felt like a bundle of empty promises.  He had been traveling for a while and it felt good not to have to suddenly jump up, or run whenever the military showed up.  As uneventful as Nemo's Coffin was, it was the only place in the country that was free from military control.  The only comfort he could find was to sit in the shade of a tree and think.
             "You okay?"
             K.C. turned to see his best friend behind him.  Amelia Stillson was the only person K.C. had ever trusted and was glad to see her face every day.  He looked into her brilliant eyes and shook his head.  She sidled over and sat next to him.
             "I've been thinking," she said, "maybe we should just leave and not tell anyone."
             K.C. looked at he in a stunned silence.  Amy was the first person to join his sudden rebellion and had never questioned anything they had done.  Too many things had happened in the eight short months they had been travelling together to make him wonder about her.
            "Why," he asked.
             She pushed her golden hair out of her face and looked towards the sky, "I'm worried about the others."  Her expression changed to that of a worried mother.  K. C. could see the fear in her face. "Everyday we travel with them the more dangerous our journey becomes......I'm just concerned for thier safety."
              "You shouldn't be," said an unknown voice.
              They looked up to find a sleepy looking man in a black suit. A long katana was stapped to his back.  
              "Sorry?" said Amy.
              "Amelia Stillson?" he said. "Yes, this must be her."  He slowly drew his blade. "I've been sent here to take you to the U.N.C. base in Fellinor."
              Amy and K.C. rose to thier feet.
              "And if i refuse?" she said.
              "Then I will have to take you in by force...."
